Morgan - Driving School Near Me - Terms of Use

All services at Morgan School of Driving Inc Rochester, NY, are by appointment only and must be paid in advance. A signed copy of our terms and conditions and waiver of liability must be on file for each student to begin scheduling training. Students must complete a health and wellness screening prior to each appointment.

Students are expected to come prepared for their appointments, to bring all necessary documents to complete their training, including, but not limited to: a face mask, NYS Photo Permit, NYS License, 5-Hour Course completion certificate, MV-262 Supervised Driving form. 

Classes start promptly, so it is suggested to show up at least 15 minutes early for your appointments.  Late arrivals past 15 minutes will not be admitted and will be charged a cancelation fee, based on appointment type.

Students who come unprepared, with no show, or with late arrivals past 15 minutes will be charged a same-day cancelation fee and rescheduled. Cancelation fees based on driving lesson or appointment  type will incur as follows:

(a)  $20 will be charged for 45 Minute Driving Lessons, the 5 hour course, and the 6-hour Defensive Driving class.

(b) $40 will be charged for 90 Minute Driving Lessons or Road Test Services.

Cancelation fees can be avoided by coming on time, prepared, or by contacting us to reschedule 24 hours before an appointment by phone, voicemail, or by sending an email to info@morgandrivingschool.com

Driving lesson times are estimated. The driving instructor's availability may vary and cannot be guaranteed. However, scheduling driving lessons in advance increases availability.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class and bring your NYS permit or license. Our 5 hour course is offered both virtually and in person. 

If the student has given prior notice of at least 24 hours, withdraws from or discontinues a prepaid course of instruction or series of driving lessons, before completion thereof, or from any other service for which prepayment has been made, or if the driving school is unable or unwilling to complete such prepaid course of instruction or series of lessons or to provide such other prepaid service, all payments made by the student to the school shall be refunded except:

(i) an amount equal to the enrollment fee, if any, specified in the contract or expressly receipted for, not to exceed the sum of $10 or 10% of the total, whichever is greater, specified cost of such course of instruction or series of lessons.

(ii) The school's per-lesson tuition charge for each lesson already taken by the student shall be determined by dividing the total cost of such course of instructions or series of lessons by the number of lessons included therein.
